Amber Howard Cornelius, Attorney at Law

Amber Howard Cornelius is an experienced attorney with a background in litigation, oil and gas title examinations, and oil and gas transactions. Amber’s litigation experience includes representing E&P companies in quiet title and lease cancellation suits as well as in disputes involving royalty payment issues, tort claims, and breach of contract matters. The transactional component of her practice includes assisting clients in oil and gas lease acquisitions, deed and contract preparations, and entity formation. Amber also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Terrance Kern in Federal District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.  She is admitted to the Oklahoma and Maryland Bars.

Prior to practicing law, Amber spent several years in South Africa working for a gender justice organization where she managed access to justice programs.  Her current community involvement includes working as a volunteer attorney with Tulsa Lawyers for Children and serving on the executive board for the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice (OCCJ).
