Chaz Horton, Attorney at Law

Chaz Horton is an Associate Attorney at Needham & Associates, where his practice focuses on Oil and Gas Title Examination.  Chaz brings with him years of Oil and Gas experience.  He grew up in the small town of Velma, OK, in Stephens County.  From working as a teenager in the field to a litigator and title attorney, Chaz has always been working in and around the oil and gas industry and truly enjoys working with industry companies and individual landowners within this great industry.  Prior to law school, Chaz also worked as a title landman at a large Oklahoma based oil and gas company.  

Chaz obtained his J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law in May of 2017.  Chaz was the Treasurer of the Native American Law Student’s Association and was a Choctaw Nation Scholar.  Upon graduation from the University of Tulsa College of Law, Chaz worked as an oil and gas litigation and title attorney for more than a year before joining Needham & Associates.      

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Chaz has spent years in volunteer service within the healthcare industry, and his church.  In his spare time, Chaz enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and watching his Boston Red Sox.
